Plainfield awards $1.34 million resurfacing contract to Grady Brothers

Ms. Swan told the council the engineer’s estimate was $1,725,600 and recommended awarding the contract to Grady Brothers.
Council member Angle moved to approve the committee’s recommendation; Council member Kingseed seconded. President Brandgard called for a vote; members responded by voice and the motion carried with all ayes.
The contract award authorizes construction of the 2026 street resurfacing project as recommended by staff and the bid review committee.
