Officer Gibson, identifying himself as an officer with the State Excise Police, opened the meeting at 10:01 a.m. and read the agenda item listing the renewal applicants. "They are all automatic — automatic meaning they do not have violations or other reasons for them to attend this meeting," he said.
A board member moved, "I move we approve those four renewals," and another board member seconded. All members present — Rayon Mets, Michael McCoy and William Hadler — signified approval vocally and the motion passed.
The renewals approved were American Legion Post 129; Llaya Lucen Crossing, Inc.; American Eagle Spirit and Liquor Inc.; and AATM Inc. The board record noted these were automatic renewals because no violations were recorded that would require the applicants to appear before the board.
Officer Gibson also noted one additional renewal for a "dollar store" but said he had only a name and number and did not identify which Dollar Store location or provide a license number; that item was not acted on at the meeting. The board confirmed its next regular meeting date as July 8, 2026, and then adjourned after a motion and second.
The meeting record shows no public commenters were in attendance.
