Airport board accepts clean audit, approves Nov. minutes and bills

Chairman Jim Beauchamp presided as the Silver Bow County airport board approved the Nov. 5, 2025 minutes and accepted a clean 2024–2025 audited financial statement during its Dec. 3 meeting.
Pat Burt of Newland & Company reviewed the audit and said it was “clean with no findings.” After the presentation, Member Jay Doyle moved to accept the audit with a change to a footnote; Member Dave Holman seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board recorded the formal acceptance of the audit as presented with that footnote change.
The board also approved the Nov. 5 minutes. Member Dave Holman moved to approve the minutes; Member Jay Doyle seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Later in the meeting, Member Jay Doyle moved to accept the bills as presented; Member Mark Moodry seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The actions were routine approvals of prior minutes, the current bills and the auditor’s report. No dissenting votes or abstentions were recorded. The meeting adjourned at 1:07 p.m.
