Mayor Foos moved to reappoint Kristi Knowles and Peter Moulton to the Planning Commission; Councilmember Janes seconded and the motion passed by a seven-yes vote.
Later the council voted to enter executive session under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) to discuss matters subject to negotiations, specifically possible lease or sale of city-owned real estate. The motion to go into executive session was moved by Mayor Foos, seconded by Councilmember Janes, and approved on a seven-yes vote. The council entered executive session at 6:50 p.m. and reconvened at 7:18 p.m.
These routine approvals and the executive-session motion were recorded without dissent.
