On development items, the board approved the Sand Creek Town Centre Subdivision rearrangement of Block 4 to create Lot 5, a 12.28-acre parcel to be donated to School District #007 for a future school site; the board noted no immediate plan to develop the site and said a special-permitted-use review and traffic study would be required at time of development. The STAR Fund board recommended the Community Enhancement Grant program move forward for 2025 with grant funds available up to $50,000; the board approved that recommendation 4-0.
The meeting packet contains the full vendor list and contract approvals for reference; city staff will proceed with recording and administrative follow-up where required.
