The Stonegate Village Metropolitan District Board of Directors approved the district's claims and accepted the financial reports for November and December 2025 at its Jan. 21, 2026, meeting in Parker, Colorado. Cathy Hamilton of Simmons Wheeler provided an overview of the two months of claims and financial statements and "recommended approval of all claims and acceptance of the financials for November and December 2025," which the board approved by general consent.
The board also resolved, by general consent, to retain WIPFLI as the district's independent auditors for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025. The selection means WIPFLI will perform the 2025 annual audit and related reporting required by statute and district policy.
Board members did not record any objections during the public meeting; one member of the public attended but did not comment. The board approved the meeting agenda and the meeting minutes for Jan. 21, 2026, by general consent as part of routine business. The district set its next regular meeting for 3:00 p.m. Feb. 18, 2026, at 10326 Stonegate Parkway in Parker. Submitted minutes are signed by Secretary Channing Odell.
