Staff committed to checking the budget and legalities and to reporting back at the next meeting.
Staff also provided a brief Kits Miller Park update: an open house on May 11 drew about 60 attendees, the online survey closed June 7, and an engagement report will be posted summarizing feedback and how it will be incorporated into park planning.
No formal action was taken; staff will report back on budget and legal options related to pickup subsidies in a future meeting.
