The Bolingbrook BCT Commission on May 11 reviewed production plans and crew scheduling for several upcoming community events, including Bolingbrook High School’s graduation on May 18, Memorial Day activities on May 25 and the Wednesday night concert series starting June 3.
Commissioners discussed specific times and crew needs: the graduation setup was scheduled for 2 p.m. with a crew call at 5:30 p.m.; Memorial Day coverage has a crew call at 9 a.m.; and the Wednesday night concerts will begin June 3 with an Ed Przyzycki producing role identified and a four-person crew to be determined. Commissioners noted availability: Ed Przyzycki and Flo Kolecyck-Yap were marked available for graduation and Memorial Day, and Monte Larrick said he would check his availability and advise.
Visitors were present for the meeting but did not speak to the production plans. The commission did not record any formal vote on staffing for these events; scheduling and final crew assignments will be confirmed by staff and commissioners before each event.
