The Madison County Airport Board took a series of administrative actions April 13, approving insurance requirements, adopting updates to RTTF contract rules and accepting previous meeting minutes while reviewing budget status.
Scott Payne moved to approve the Insurance Requirements as presented in the March 10, 2026 document; Tyler Holland seconded the motion and all members voted "aye." Jim Frey moved to approve the RTTF updates, including limiting future RTTF users at Ennis Big Sky to three-year contracts; Tyler Holland seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Earlier in the meeting, Scott Payne moved to approve the March 9, 2026 minutes; Brett Owens seconded and the minutes were approved.
Secretary Sarah Carlson reviewed the March 2026 budget and said the board will discuss fiscal year 2026–2027 needs at the next meeting. The board set its next meeting for Monday, May 11, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 8:32 P.M.
