The Township Engineer recommended the change by memorandum dated May 20, 2026, and the resolution states the adjustment does not exceed the 20 percent threshold under N.J.A.C. §5:30-11.3. The resolution names account 6-01-44-903-204 as the funding source for the change order.
Motion to adopt the change order was made by Committeeman Chris Fano and seconded by Deputy Mayor Matthew S. Kayne; the roll call vote was unanimous. The resolution takes effect immediately.
