Separately, finance staff introduced updates to the procurement policy relating to the city’s purchasing card program, including steps to require tax‑exempt online accounts for city purchases, ship goods to facility addresses and verify purchases are budgeted; Wesley Wright was introduced as the city’s new purchasing manager.
