Staff said the transfers are intra-fund reallocations and were reviewed and recommended by the Finance Board on June 3.
After brief clarifying questions from board members about staffing coverage, bathroom availability at Shanahan Field and background on consolidated technology budgeting, a board member moved to approve the transfers. The board voted unanimously to adopt the transfers.
What this means: No new taxes or appropriations were requested; the transfers move existing, available funds between budget line items to cover expenses through the end of FY26. Finance staff told the board these are intended to prevent deficit balances in targeted accounts and to reflect prior unallocated line items moved to clearer tracking categories.
