Boone County Board approves consent agenda hires and contracts, and opens patrol vehicle upfitting bids

The board also authorized payment of Secondary Roads claims #30478–#30497 and county claims #180810–#180870 totaling $278,148.17, and issued warrants #102365–#102437 and drainage warrants #1695–#1698 as listed in the packet.
Separately, the board approved by motion a Postage Agreement with the Boone County Clerk of Courts for FY27 and a License/Support Agreement with Solutions, Inc. for FY27 in the amount of $46,718.08. The board also approved a Boone County Disposal Request Form presented by Eric Sloan, IT Director.
Andy Godzicki, Boone County Sheriff, opened sealed bids for building F150 patrol vehicle upfitting; three bids were read: Karl Chevrolet $6,728.00, KelTek Inc $6,560.00, and Shield Group Upfitting $4,000.00 (the apparent lowest bid as recorded in the minutes). The transcript does not record a formal award motion for the upfitting bid; it shows the bids were opened and recorded.
