Greenfield approves eight assessment resolutions for landscaping, lighting and street maintenance

The engineers— reports describe the boundaries, improvements and proposed assessments for each district; funds collected will pay for maintenance, contract services, reserve set‑asides and proportionate administrative costs.

Staff said the assessments will be placed on county tax rolls and that funds can only be used for the maintenance and improvement projects described in the engineers— reports. For District 1 of the lighting and landscaping districts staff reported 232 parcels subject to the assessment and projected revenues and contract service costs for FY 2026–27.
