The board approved granting the Conditional Will Serve and set the reconnection fee as the current rate minus $1,200 (motion: Ramon Cisneros; second: Jose Moreno). The motion carried.
Rodari said the bank seeks to restore service to the property to facilitate sale. The board’s approval allows staff to process the Conditional Will Serve once the specified reconnection payment is received.
