Executive Director Zach Rozmus said monthly reports from ranger and maintenance staff, the activities director and naturalist had been provided and reviewed. Rozmus also announced that the Marr Park campground host contract was filled by Howard and Julie Baker.
Board members were presented with a summary of bills for May 2026 totaling $11,584.95, with itemized entries that included electrical work for a shelter, gravel hauling, monthly electricity, pond dye, picnic tables from RJ Thomas - Pilot Rock and other supplies. The minutes list line items and amounts but do not record a separate motion to approve the bills.
