Duluth approves City Hall roof replacement and funds consultant for HVAC controls

Riker also reported the City Hall basement HVAC unit and building‑control systems are at end of life and staff requested a $25,000 budget amendment (BA-FY26-44) to hire a consultant to prepare an RFP for replacement and controls upgrades. Council approved BA-FY26-44 on a unanimous vote.
