Conservation Commission issues Certificate of Compliance for Everett Street project

The Sharon Conservation Commission voted Jan. 22 to issue a Certificate of Compliance (COC) for SE280-0560, the Everett Street improvements project, following a site visit by Conservation Administrator Josh Philibert.
Attorney Ray Watstein requested the COC at the meeting and Philibert reported he had completed a site visit on Jan. 22 and recommended issuance. The commission moved and approved the COC in a roll-call vote: Cremer moved; Geller seconded. The vote was recorded as Cremer — aye; Drisko — aye; McKeen — aye; Geller — aye; Arguimbau — aye (5–0–0).
The vote formally closes the commission’s permitting obligations under SE280-0560 as described at the meeting. The commission did not attach additional conditions or continuing monitoring requirements at the time of the motion.
The commission’s next meeting is scheduled for Feb. 5, 2026.
