Southshore B Tech School construction on schedule, project manager says; opening targeted for fall 2028

When a meeting participant asked for a projected completion date, Frolley replied, "We hope to be open for fall of 2028." He also said the building will provide about 240,000 square feet of usable space for students and that the project team expects to see cranes on site as the work advances.
Frolley identified Suffet Construction as a key partner and said the project remains within the schedule and price parameters the owner set. He described typical public‑works site conditions, union labor on site and the sequence of upcoming construction milestones, but did not provide specific contract values or funding sources at the breakfast.
