Parish committee approves permit with conditions, places drive-through permit on hold and records an application withdrawal

Separately, staff said an applicant (referred to as the vice) withdrew a permit application after reviewing the required mitigation payment and deciding not to proceed; staff told the committee no action was required because the withdrawal would be made in writing.
Staff reported there were no state concerns on the recorded items. The committee set its next meeting for Tuesday, July 7 at 5:00 p.m. and then adjourned (motion to adjourn by Marilyn, seconded by Jan).
