The committee moved and seconded the payment; staff were instructed to route the check and include the full closeout paperwork when it arrives.
On the DAS Landing project, the committee reviewed an invoice from Ronald Perry for four kayak racks totaling $6,700. A motion to pay that invoice was made, seconded and, after no objections, the committee approved the payment.
The committee also accepted two letters of appreciation for departing representatives Joe and Margaret, thanking them for eight and five years of service to the committee, respectively. Members discussed timing and signatory language and confirmed the chair would sign on behalf of the committee.
Members set scheduling priorities for the next meeting (staff to confirm whether July 7 or July 14 will be used) and then adjourned. The consultant closeout and the kayak-rack invoice were presented as having supporting documents; staff indicated the final invoices will be attached and routed through the usual signing process.
