The Nucla Board approved a 2-inch water tap application for the Pinion Pine Homestead to allow the owners to begin summer work. Staff said the parcel is in town limits, that the property needs an address and that the owners intend to use a contractor to install the tap.
Board members moved and seconded the application. During roll call trustees recorded yes votes (Carla, Elaine, Tim, Kenny and Amy) and one unnamed member also indicated support; the chair announced the motion carried.
Staff said they would obtain a quote for the tap installation and follow up with the applicant to ensure documentation is in place. The board did not attach additional conditions to the approval during the meeting.
