Commissioner Michael Pratt moved to approve the May 13, 2026 regular monthly meeting minutes; Vicechair John Smith seconded. The motion carried with votes in favor from Chairman Steven Knapik, Vicechair John Smith, Commissioners Michael Pratt and Brian Swan; Commissioner Doug Bousquet abstained.
Vicechair John Smith moved to approve Stormwater Management application SW-2026-041 for the Hopp Brook project (listed as 94 units), with Commissioner Brian Swan seconding. The commission approved the application unanimously (Knapik, Smith, Pratt, Swan, Bousquet) with conditions requiring plan revisions to address Town Engineer comments, standard approval conditions and additional details about the bond.
Commissioner Michael Pratt then moved to approve Stormwater Management application SW-2026-042 (40 Lancaster Drive); Commissioner Brian Swan seconded. The commission approved SW-2026-042 by unanimous vote, again subject to revising the plan with the Town Engineer and applying standard conditions.
The commission also approved Stormwater Management application SW-2026-043 for properties at 9 Haviland and 48, 54, 60 Lancaster Drive after a motion by Commissioner Pratt and a second by Commissioner Swan. That motion carried unanimously with standard conditions of approval.
All recorded motions carried as noted. Commissioner Pratt moved to adjourn at the close of the agenda; Vicechair John Smith seconded and the commission adjourned at 9:12 p.m. L. Rajvong, Clerk, IWWC, signed the record.
