During its June 9 meeting the Coppell Crime Control and Prevention District board conducted elections for board leadership. Board member Kevin Neville nominated Romesh Primkumar for president; Primkumar accepted the nomination and the board voted unanimously to elect him president. The board then nominated and elected Mark Hill as vice president; Hill accepted the nomination and the motion carried.
The board chair confirmed the nominations and recorded the roll-call votes. The newly elected officers will begin serving in the next board year and preside over CCPD budget and policy matters until successors are chosen.
