Dunn told the board the design meets zoning setbacks and will use pearl-gray hardy board siding with white trim and lifetime asphalt shingles in a darker gray. The plan includes a trellis detail over the garage and a grade-level patio in back. The applicant, Tom Lauritano, described fencing work by adjacent neighbors and plans to finish existing PVC and rail fencing along the lot lines.
Board members asked about decorative shutters and lighting; the applicant confirmed decorative lighting at the front and garage and said shutters were not proposed. The board approved the project 5–0 with stipulations that the siding be the specified pearl-gray hardy plank and that the applicant implement the submitted landscaping plan for the front yard and address the backyard landscaping over time.
The board recorded the vote: Stephen Greenwald (yes), Mary D’Andrea (yes), Laura Ellis (yes), Kelly Medwig (yes) and Amanda Lowe (yes). The applicant was reminded to obtain the required permits and to coordinate fence work with neighbors where applicable.
