Council declines to approve animal-shelter MOU with Evansville, asks for clearer terms

Chief Felton noted Evansville has a temporary facility and that Glenrock’s participation would be rare and for unusual circumstances; he said the town’s animal-holding rules require a seven-day hold before animals are rehomed.
