Public works and contracts The council approved updates to roadway‑striping and rectangular rapid‑flashing beacon policies and awarded the Military Ridge State Trail bridge contract to Yankee General Contractors, Inc. The council also approved a design‑services contract with KL Engineering, Inc. for reconstruction of two neighborhood streets.
