Trustees ask for bond‑fund breakdown as staff plans marquee installations

Mr. Bates told trustees that some funds had been earmarked for specific projects and that funds appear committed even if the work had not yet been completed. "We did commit to these communities and we're we're going to finish the fight," Mr. Bates said, acknowledging the delay and promising to provide a list of projects with unspent commitments.
The committee did not take action at this meeting. Staff agreed to prepare a detailed accounting of which bond‑funded projects remain to be completed and where unspent or committed funds are allocated. The items discussed will be posted to the regular board meeting agenda for formal approval.
