People would...notice that intersection."
Staff and council said PennDOT and borough crews are completing traffic studies at Allegheny and Bella streets and that PennDOT requires a threshold of accidents before considering signals. The borough is planning traffic‑calming devices in coordination with sidewalk improvements and invited further input from residents.
No immediate installations were ordered; staff will continue studies and bring options back to council.
