The Town of Ossining board amended and adopted changes to the 2026 film-permit fee schedule at its June 9 meeting, setting a corrected daily rate for public town property.
During the meeting a typographical error in the proposed fee chart was identified and corrected. Board members amended the motion to set the daily rate for public town property at $5,000; the amendment was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. The newly adopted schedule takes effect July 1, 2026 and the board directed staff to publish the corrected chart on the town website and on the clerk's office bulletin board.
The motion was procedural and did not include additional material changes to permit terms beyond the corrected fee amount. Board members said the clerical correction would be fixed for the official record before publication.
