The Williston City Commission on April 22 approved a Flex PACE buydown request from Cut Bluff Properties not to exceed $58,000 for construction and rehabilitation of a new office building. Finance & Grant Coordinator Brenda Schmidt presented the application and recommended approval.
Commissioner Tate Cymbaluk moved to approve the Flex PACE application; the motion carried 5-0. City staff will process the application under the program’s guidelines and return any required documentation to the commission if further approvals are needed.
