The Williston City Commission on April 8 approved Task Order 25-2 with Alliance Consulting for general engineering services in 2025, authorizing a lump-sum fee of $247,150.
City Engineer David Juma said the task order will provide professional survey services, lot line adjustments, re-plating of properties, setting pins and utility connections in support of the Williston Square subdivision and for Planning and Zoning, Development Services and Finance. Juma noted the 2025 budget includes $350,000 for general engineering services. Commissioner James Bervig moved to approve the task order; the motion passed 4–0 (Howard Klug absent).
The commission's approval allows Alliance Consulting to proceed under Task Order 25-2; staff will proceed with contract administration and project scheduling as appropriate.
