The Englewood City Council met at 6:00 p.m. on April 28 at the Englewood Government Center and unanimously voted to enter an executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
Mayor Cathy McGrail moved that the council go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter; Council Member Fred Huelsman seconded. The council recorded unanimous approval and moved into executive session at 6:01 p.m. City staff listed as present included City Manager Eric Smith, Law Director Michael McNamee, Director of Finance Della Stearns and Clerk of Council Marla Goodrich.
After the closed session, Mayor McGrail moved to end the executive session; Council Member Steve Henne seconded. The council voted unanimously to end the executive session at 7:33 p.m. and, immediately thereafter, Mayor McGrail moved to adjourn the public meeting. The motion to adjourn was seconded by Mr. Henne and approved unanimously; the meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
