Robeson Township supervisors on Tuesday approved multiple planning actions: a PennDOT‑standard sewage planning resolution for the Brookside School project and a waiver plus conditional final approval for the Jarlsberg one‑lot subdivision on Catawica Road.
Planner staff presented the Brookside School item and said the sewage enforcement officer had approved the planning module; the board moved, seconded and voted unanimously to adopt the resolution (resolution number included in the packet). (Speakers 4, 6, 1)
On the Jarlsberg Subdivision, the planner explained the application had engineered plans and had already passed the planning commission recommendation for a waiver from plan‑scale requirements and for conditional final plan approval, subject to comments in the craft engineering review dated 05/30/2026. The board voted unanimously to grant the waiver and the conditional approval, with conditions described in the review letter. (Speakers 4, 13)
The board also authorized the township secretary to sign post‑development module forms required for recording and completion of the planning module, and advised the applicant to meet with staff about driveway location and drainage prior to construction. (Speakers 2, 6)
Separately, the board held a 90‑day request for the Cedar Hill Estates 500‑unit residential project to remain on the schedule while developers prepare additional answers to outstanding questions; supervisors said they will address that extension at the regular meeting later in the week. (Speakers 4, 14)
All listed votes referenced at the workshop were passed unanimously by the supervisors present.
