- County Capital Improvement Program (CIP) FY 26/27'FY 30/31: Commission recommended the Board of Supervisors find the CIP consistent with the General Plan and forwarded the resolution for Board adoption (mover: Commissioner Deal; second: Commissioner Mendoza). Roll-call: unanimous.
- PLN2200088 (Ranch Club / Santa Lucia Preserve): After hearing and staff edits (removal of overly broad condition 6 and clarification on temporary lighting and utility limitations), the Commission recommended approval to the Board (mover: Commissioner Deal; second: Commissioner Roberts).
