Judge Johnston and other members welcomed the new concrete bridge, which replaced a wooden bridge in the district, and agreed to proceed with the financial steps necessary to finalize payment and reimbursement. The ordinance advanced on first reading; further readings or final adoption will follow the normal ordinance process.
