The Rafter J Board provided an update on the SilverLight Fiber Network connection project: the agreement with SilverStar is progressing and, if finalized, construction is anticipated to begin in the fall. Board members discussed the cost of hiring a third party to perform waterline locates in advance of construction.
Board members emphasized that any construction within an owner’s property would be the responsibility of the owner, not the HOA, and that owners should be prepared to manage and pay for any private‑property impacts. After the meeting the board reviewed the agreement and identified two final changes for SilverStar to consider.
