Clinton County supervisors approve consent hires and a Tyler Technologies training agreement

McGee at $36.50 per hour and Nicholas R. Wood at $33.75 per hour — with starting dates of May 18, 2026 (Resolutions 2026-106 and 2026-107). All items passed on unanimous roll calls; the county auditor was authorized to process related payroll and payment actions.
