The board agreed to continue the matter for two weeks so planning staff and county counsel can prepare a draft ordinance; the chair said this would provide CPRD (the parks and recreation district) a written response in time to proceed with its grant and planning needs.
No ordinance was adopted at the June 4 session; the matter was scheduled to return to the board for further consideration.
