The Wyoming Business Council’s strategy committee presented and the board approved a one‑year contract with Warehouse 21 to provide graphic design and content creation services.
Sarah Quick, the council’s strategic communications lead, said staff issued an RFP earlier in the year, interviewed finalists and selected Warehouse 21 based on quality, prior working relationships and the ability to meet the council’s needs. Quick said she will serve as project manager and that the contract will be accessible to multiple internal teams.
The board moved and voted to approve the contract by voice vote; the transcript records the motion as carried. No dollar amount or detailed scope beyond the general services described in board materials was stated on the record during the committee presentation.
Staff said the work is time‑sensitive to support upcoming communications needs and that Warehouse 21 will handle design tasks across the agency.
