Lynn Township’s Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a slate of land‑use and infrastructure motions at its May 14 meeting, including land‑development agreements, stormwater maintenance agreements, a sewage planning module and joint roadwork bids, and adopted a resolution to move unencumbered funds between township accounts.
The board voted to accept the minutes of April 9, 2026, and direct the treasurer to pay bills as due. The board then approved the Wagner Farms land development agreement, the related letter of credit and stormwater maintenance agreement, and a separate maintenance agreement. The Bittner lot‑line plan received a waiver allowing combined preliminary/final approval and was granted final approval based on a KCE review letter dated April 15, 2026. A stormwater maintenance agreement for 7531 Bausch Road (Silvaggio) and a stormwater agreement for Trevor German were also approved. A Sewage Planning Module for 5494 Schochary Road was approved.
The board approved joint line‑painting and oil bids for Lynn Township’s portions of the shared contracts. Line painting was awarded to A‑1 Traffic Control Products, LLC at the unit prices listed in the bid chart. Midland Asphalt Materials, Inc. was approved for CRS‑2PME3M oil at $2.40 per gallon for the 45,000‑gallon allocation among participating municipalities.
The supervisors adopted Resolution 2025‑15, authorizing transfers of unencumbered moneys between township accounts and related administrative actions. The resolution passed unanimously.
The board accepted agricultural security (Ag Security) proposals from property owners Susan Giralico and Dane and Kimberly Moyer and directed township staff and Solicitor Marc Fisher to proceed with the paperwork under the 180‑day deemed‑approval process.
