The Village of Lindenhurst on May 10 approved two sets of invoices covering the end of fiscal year 2020-21 and the start of FY2021-22.
Trustee Pat Dunham moved to approve the final bills for FY2020-21 totaling $132,292.18 for invoices due on or before April 30, 2021; the motion carried on a 5-0 roll call vote (Trustees Dickson, Dunham, Chybowski, Suchy and Rosten). Later in the meeting the board approved the first set of bills for FY2021-22 totaling $635,795.15 for invoices due on or before May 10, 2021, also by a 5-0 vote.
Village Treasurer Carrie Eggleston read the Treasurer's Report for April 2021 showing total balances of $8,838,203.96 across all accounts as of April 30, 2021; trustees voted 5-0 to accept the report as read. The minutes do not break out fund-by-fund balances or provide vendor details for the bills beyond the aggregate totals noted.
The approvals allow the village to close the fiscal year paperwork and pay current invoices as it moves into FY2021-22.
