She showed five tours (Art Walk, History Walk, Signage Walk, Franklin College Walk, Architecture Walk) and demonstrated map-based navigation that can start at the Visitor Center or at any point on the map. Dana said artist videos and photographs have been uploaded for many stops and credited Shelby Morris and Festival Country for contributing content. "We have the art walk, the history walk... the Franklin College walk, and the architecture walk," she said. Dana also said the team is working on photo replacements and responsiveness for phone screens and expects most users will access tours on phones.
Staff and volunteers discussed using QR codes to make the tours accessible during Ethos and agreed Dana will email the draft link to committee members for review; the committee also discussed buying an easy-to-remember domain to forward to the tour site to simplify public promotion.
Next steps: staff will finalize photos and video, create QR codes for Ethos, and circulate the link by email for committee review.
