The council then read a prepared recognition noting Fulton’s work since her appointment in November 2023, her service on the façade improvement committee, and her liaison role with the Brookings-Harbor School District. The council presented a small token of appreciation and invited photos.
No formal action was required to accept the resignation during the June 8 meeting; council members noted the resignation and expressed gratitude. The recognition concluded the public portion of Fulton’s remarks.
