(SEG 092.) - Resolution 2026-14 (Nielson/Ropelato annexation consent): The council approved the resolution to allow the annexation into Nibley City and the creation of an unincorporated island; motion by David Erickson. Amendments and other actions: - RAPZ and Restaurant Tax Program — Item 47 (Logan Community Foundation/Cache Theatre Company): Vice Chair Kathryn Beus moved to amend the recommendation from $50,000 to $100,000; motion passed (Aye 6, Nay 1 — Nolan Gunnell). The council then approved the overall RAPZ recommendations as amended.
