Gavin Henderson moved to deny the petition and recommend the 85 percent cap; Darrel (Darell) Skubinna seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board’s recommendation will be transmitted to the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners for its consideration under NAC 503.144.
