Morin attributed the broader market pressure to increases in natural gas and oil prices.
Selectperson Jonathan Hall moved to allow Morin to enter the contract; Selectperson Michael Johnson Sr. seconded. The board approved the motion 5-0.
Board members discussed the calculation and noted staff performed rough spreadsheet estimates; no additional changes to the town budget were adopted at the meeting.
