YoungWilliams reports improved child‑support collections; total collections at $2.7M of $2.9M goal

Total collections for the period were $2.7 million—93.25% of the $2.9 million target—and the current caseload is 2,194 cases.
Ms. Liedecker said the current support category "constantly fluctuated" and described a monthly self‑assessment process; she said seven out of nine self‑assessment goals were met or exceeded. The team outlined ongoing quality‑assurance and performance‑improvement activities focused on enforcement and establishment to close gaps in performance.
YoungWilliams showed photos of a new workspace and the presenters said recent administrative changes have yielded gains in several performance areas, though some categories remain short of state and federal standards. The presenters and Loadholt asked for continued Board support as staff work to achieve all targets.
