The Fraser Board of Trustees approved an intergovernmental agreement concerning land dedications and payments in lieu for school purposes on Feb. 4, after hearing an update from the East Grand School District.
East Grand Superintendent Brad Ray and Assistant Superintendent Courtney Lincoln presented an overview of district matters to the board. Town Manager Michael Brack and Town Planner Garrett Scott presented the intergovernmental agreement; Superintendent Ray answered trustees’ questions during the discussion.
Trustee Peggy Smith moved and Trustee Julie White seconded approval of the agreement; the motion carried 7-0. The board did not record additional conditions or an implementation timeline in the public minutes.
