Town Manager Michael Brack and Town Planner Garrett Scott presented the intergovernmental agreement; Superintendent Ray answered trustees’ questions during the discussion.
Trustee Peggy Smith moved and Trustee Julie White seconded approval of the agreement; the motion carried 7-0. The board did not record additional conditions or an implementation timeline in the public minutes.
