Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission names Alyssa Barroso agent, reaffirms leadership in unanimous votes

The Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission unanimously approved Alyssa Barroso as its designated wetlands agent during the commission’s Aug. 27, 2024 regular meeting, the commission recorded in its minutes.
The motion to approve Barroso was moved by Alternate Member Diane DeNunzio and seconded by Member David Lynn; the vote carried 5-0-0. The designation was listed on the agenda as "IWC Agent Designation." The commission’s roster present via Zoom included Chair Ross Lally, Vice Chair James Loersch, Member David Lynn, Alternate Diane DeNunzio and Alternate Michael McDonnell; Andrew Gordon was noted absent.
Earlier in the meeting Vice Chair James Loersch moved to approve the May 21, 2024 regular meeting minutes; David Lynn seconded and the motion carried unanimously, 5-0-0. During the “Other” portion of the agenda, Loersch moved to add appointments of chair and vice chair; Diane DeNunzio seconded and the motion carried 5-0-0. Loersch then moved to retain Ross Lally as chair and James Loersch as vice chair; Michael McDonnell seconded and the motion carried unanimously, 5-0-0.
The meeting was held virtually via Zoom and was called to order by Chair Ross Lally at 7:00 p.m.; the record shows the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. after a motion by Loersch that DeNunzio seconded. The minutes were submitted by Board Clerk Mary J. Johnston.
